- oil bath controlled uniform temperature.

marker unit comprises of stainless steel transfer fluid
vessel and four stainless steel dye containers along with
four lens holders. Four different tint solutions can be
processed at a time. A thermostate switch maintains required
temperature effectively. Initial heat up time of tint maker

carbonate lenses duel lens tinting, four stroke tinting,
hands free process timer facility. |
Two
lenses at a time can be tinted. Four stroke gradient process
gives better result of international standards. This auto
gradient lebsor can be used with any tinting unit. Required
time can be set on a five minute adjustable timer. The gradient
arm stops when the set time is over and lenses are out of
the solution. The handfree process saves lot of time of
the operator. The complete automatic process ensures uniform
tinting of different lenses in repeative cycles. AG-1 is
